Kanban Service Flow

There are no upcoming public classes.

About this Workshop

Registration is not open to individuals. This workshop is for teams who want expert guidance/facilitation as they carefully review and evolve their workflow.

I recommend this activity be conducted in-person and include all team members and (optionally) their key stakeholders — where ‘team’ means: the people whose effort directly contributes to the movement of work items .
